　　纵观大部分野生动物伤人事件，都是游客不遵守园区规定，擅自行动造成的。老虎**，世人皆知，为何会出现“明知山有虎，偏向虎山行”的状况呢？“任性”而为，充分暴露了公民素质问题。签订协议书，警示和广播，但在有些人眼中视同儿戏，不以为然。无视和蔑视规则，终酿恶果。*心而论，无论制定规则还是提供保护预防措施，动物园方面已经做得相对完善。对比之下，那位大摇大摆下车的女游客，则毫无疑问触犯规则。即使原意为此自负其责，那母亲的生命谁来负责？不守规则的代价，残忍又惨痛，藐视规则猛于虎。
