Job Title:quality manager
Job description:1) Quality system:company quality policy and system establishment and monitor,make ROHS,REACH,CCC and CE etc environment and product safty execution compliance with customer requirement,and national and international laws and regulations.deal with all these system assessment from customer and the accredited third party,conduct the correction and continuously improvement.
2) Quality control: control the product quality through all process from IQC,IPQC,to FQC/OQC, dispose any quality problem found in all these process timely,in order to prevent defect product from produced and meet the goods delievery time. Push all the Dept meet the common target of quality in company.
3),customer contact and service: cusomer contact for shipment quality, new project and customer factory audit. Handle after-sales quality complaint and 8D report response.
4),Supplier management: A),supplier daily incoming material lot quality control,supplier performance periodically evaluation including product quality,delivery time,service,cost advantage and technique.SCAR follow up.B), Quality system assessment to new supplier development and periodically.C),And new product project to supplier management,finally approve to supplier component submittal approval sheet.D),Supplier training.E),according to customer and ROHS,REACH etc environment laws and regulations directive,monitor components at supplier factory and incoming compliance.
5) New project Leader: lead all the Depts in company to progress the new product project including quality plan and schedule to meet the confirmed customer requirement.
6) staff management: staff involved managment,work assignment and strategetic training.
