There are also many disadvantages on the influence of social networking, among which, “soft addiction” is the most serious problem, distracting students from study. This kind of “soft addiction” and distraction was also confirmed by Zhang (2011) who conducted a survey by questionare of 500 Chinese college students from different schools and found that 33% students could not bear one-week life without social networking and 77% students could not help themselves accessing social networking site during classes. 　　To treat the disorder, victims of S-A-D do not need to wait until spring. Experts know that placing affected inpiduals in bright light each day eases the condition. There are other things people can do to ease the problem. They can increase the sunlight in their homes and workplaces and spend more time outdoors in the fresh air during the day.

　　One study found that walking for an hour in winter sunlight was as effective as spending two-and-one-half hours under bright light indoors.
