　　第一次拿了冰刀鞋以后，我和教练就进去滑冰了，因为我是第一次滑冰，所以技术不是很好，还摔了几跤 。但是教练告诉我应该怎样避免摔跤，我照他说的去做了，果然慢慢进步了很多很多!

　　后来我觉得滑冰刀已经没问题了，就自己一个人滑行，这次进步挺大，没多久，我就可以自己一个人从教学区的一头滑到另外一头了 。这给了我很大信心，于是我继续练习滑行，虽然还是避免不了摔跤，但是，马上有工作人员或其他小朋友过来扶我一把，让我感觉到更加有信心了，后来我还在教练的'帮助下练习怎样加速，但是转弯对我来说还是有点难，我还是得多加练习。

　　我们从宾馆里起床就开始了我们的旅程。第一天我们游玩了千岛湖森林氧吧，一下车就有十分新鲜的空气迎面而来，氧吧里有许多的水流，因为水流太急，就像瀑布一样，走了一半，一位阿姨的手机就掉入水中，都没有人敢下去捡。下了山，我们还准备去漂流，可是因为下雨我们没有漂成，不过我们又去找了一个四星级酒店住了下来，这次我们住在三十层，从高处往下眺望，真是太高了。我们在宾馆里休息了一下就出去吃晚饭了，吃完晚饭，我们就回到宾馆里睡觉了。

　　仔细一瞧，原然是一只小蜗牛。我突发奇想，我想与这只小蜗牛一起散步。于是，我慢慢得走着，生怕这只小蜗牛跟不上。当我走了几步，回头一看，那只小蜗牛竟离我这么远。

　　我在它后面推了推，可它仍是那样慢慢地爬着。我催它，我唬它，我责备它，蜗牛用抱歉的眼光看着我，彷佛在说：“我已经尽力了！”

　　蜗牛它虽然爬不快，但是它仍旧爬着。为的就是能到达想去的地方，为的就是能完成给定下的目标。

　　暑假的一天，爸爸带我到河边玩。来到河边，爸爸坐在大树下乘凉，我就在河里玩水.捉鱼。

　　忽然，我看见一条小鱼。哈哈，这么快就要有收获了，我兴奋不已。我拿起瓶子，准备把小鱼塞进去。一不留神，他一溜烟儿跑了。我赶紧去追，好不容易才用手把它包围住了。这次，我要吸取教训，不能大意，不然他又要跑掉了。我把小鱼塞进了瓶子里，仔细观查了一下，咦，怎么是一只小虾?我抓的明明是一条小鱼啊!算了，反正是我好不容易抓来的，小虾就小虾吧。我把他养了起来，接着，我又吓到小河里，捉了几条小鱼给它做伴。

　　我拿着瓶子正准备上岸，一不小心踩到了石头上的一块青苔，只听见“咚”的一声，我摔在了水里。瓶子掉进了水里，我捉的小鱼和小虾趁机跑掉了。我捡起瓶子闷闷不乐地向岸上走去。爸爸看我狼狈的样子，安慰我说：“没事，小鱼和小虾本来就因该生活在河里。你这算是放生了。”

　　我觉得爸爸说得对，我把小鱼和小虾拿回家里养，它们肯定会不习惯，毕竟小河才是他们的家。

　　在某一天，妈妈早早的回家吃饭。到了晚上，妈妈叫我跟她去爸爸工作的地方附近跑步。我问她是什么地方，妈妈说是一个空气非常好，环境很美丽的公园，我答应了。

　　到了公园，我和妈妈跑了一圈步 ，我就已经累的满头大汗了。后来，我俩到爸爸的餐厅那休息。刚好，爸爸的餐厅正好在十点多的时候有吃夜宵的活动，我高兴的一蹦三尺高。我迫不及待的坐在凳子上，美丽的服务员姐姐 把一碟一碟的美味佳肴端了上来。里面有我爱吃的牛肉，牛仔骨，三文鱼刺身，等等。让我“口水直流三千尺 ，疑是银河落九天。”

　　爸爸餐厅的同事看我那么瘦 ，就在我吃东西的时候告诉我怎样才能增肥，怎样才能长高，他讲了一大堆，我听的心服口服，五体投地。爸爸的同事时说完之后，我又狼吞虎咽的吃起来了 。叫我吃的很饱的时候。我又拿了两瓶可乐喝，喝了半个小时。我休息了一会儿，就拿起了妈**手机玩。玩了许久，我们就回家洗澡睡觉了。

　　回到家，已经是十二点了，我匆匆忙忙的洗了澡接着睡觉。

　　开始吃蛋糕了，我用盘子盛了一块蛋糕，正吃呢，一个朋友就拿奶油把我脸上涂成大花脸了，我一生气，把全部奶油都倒到他身**，他穿着白色的衣服，***奶油涂上去，画成了一个爱心，我看了大笑起来，他也生气，把奶油也倒过来，我一躲，正好打到一位叔叔的大腿上，我和朋友眼睛都看直了，连忙道歉。吃完了蛋糕，就9点半了，我们也吃够了玩够了，和朋友再见后就各自回家了。

　　广州可是一线大城市，生活速度极快，我们去了长隆水上乐园，去看了广州电视塔小蛮腰，顶层的玻璃可真是让我胆战心惊，虽然工作人员拿着锤子敲玻璃以证明玻璃的结实，可我还是不敢，随后我们又去了珠海做了游轮真是尽兴。
