详细做法:每周二的上午第三节课安排一个老师上研究课,第四节课进行评课,主要对需改进之处提出宝贵建议,共同探讨复习教学策略,提高复习课的教学效果,第五节继承集体备课,研究提高课堂效益的途径重视对分层补差和课外作业筛选方面的研究尤其重视研究中考考纲和课标。
2、整合所学课文的知识,扩大每节复习课的容量,力求层次迭起,吸引学生的注重力,使其保持复习的积极性
我们打算按照《初中英语学业考试复习指导用书》上的按册、按单元顺序复习,采取“先密后疏”进行教材内容的复习(初一内容用几节课“速战速决”;初二内容、初三内容按照《初中英语学业考试复习指导用书》的单元合并复习。)因为各个单元有各自不同的教学目标、要求及重点,在复习课中,我们要将*时数节课、数个单元或不同阶段的知识前后联系,“前拉后扯”地整合在一起。
整合内容包括:语音、词汇、语法、功能和话题五个方面。尤其值得留意的是我们可以将《江苏省中学生英语口语等级测试纲要》的功能和话题与《初中英语学业考试复习指导用书》上的相关内容有机结合,从而做到事半功倍的效果,通过整合帮助学生对所学习的内容进行梳理、归纳,总结出规律,使其系统化,便于记忆,促进运用。
复习的目的是“温故”。“温故”的过程是帮助学生回忆学过的内容、强化记忆、强化理解、强化运用的过程。我们要根据*时教学获取的反馈信息,适时适度地妥善安排相关内容的复习时间。假如复习时间过长、拖泥带水,轻易使学生感到“老生常谈”,导致他们***分散,思想不集中。我们要加大每节复习课的容量和密度,不断变换活动方式,以吸引学生的***,使学生在教师设计的一环扣一环的语言实践过程中,复习巩固所学知识,语言技能更加熟练。当学生复习有所收获时,他们会感悟到:复习课重要,复习课必不可少,自然也就会保持继续学习的主动性和积极性。
3、词类复习中注意激发学生的复习爱好,使学生乐于参与复习活动,引导学生自己举例、分析、归纳、总结规律。
举例:动词复习的构思
首先,应向学生再次复习动词的基础知识,包括动词的基本形式、基本时态、语态以及非谓语在某些固定搭配的情况。在这些基础知识上,基本先检查学生动词基本形式(规则与不规则)的书写、七种时态的基本构成和在何种情形中使用(时间状语和语境)、介绍被动语态在一般现在时和一般过去时的使用、帮助学生列出一些动词以非谓语形式在短语中的使用。这些知识的复习都以学生的分析、举例为前提,再加以教师的补充。
按照上述分类,给予学生适当的操练。在最初操练中,先放慢速度,要求学生在给出答案的同时还要给出形成该答案的原因。在这一过程中,题目数量不要多,只要体现出各种知识体系就行了。
其次,根据以往统考试卷以及学校综合模拟试卷中的动词填空部分,告诉学生这一部分的命题特点。通过事例,告诫学生在这一部分各个知识点所占比重,让学生了解教师在这一题型上的命题过程。并且让学生扮演教师的角色,在给出某个动词后,鼓励他们自行创设情境来命题,然后再请其他学生解题和评价。接着让学生分组讨论,直接以中考形式给出动词综合填空。
最后,将这些题目再次整合起来,形成几份综合模拟题(动词填空部分),隔几天拿出一部分(10题左右)再进行检查。
4、语法复习要“对症下药”,重点突破学生学习中的薄弱环节,使学生通过复习查漏补缺,体验进步,增强自信心,更加认真复习,我们要对学生*时理解不深、练习不够、运用不当的语法项目进行重点复习。只要教师略作**就会发现,学生提出的学习难点往往集中在有些语法项目和有些词的变异及用法上。我们都会有同样的感受:*时教学新的语言项目时,学生“一听就懂,一练就会”,当堂教学效果令人满足,可是一检测却不尽如人意。

I’ve learned that you’re having much trouble in your life and study, which seriously affect your physical and mental well-being. I’m worried about that, so I’m writing to share with you some of my ideas.
First of all, it is good having heart-to-heart talks with your parents regularly, telling them you know the high expectations from them and you won’t fail them. Meanwhile, you’d better tell them not to push you too hard, which will lead to too much anxiety. Besides, it is advisable to spare some time to take some exercise to keep refreshed and energetic. However, what’s the most important is that you should always keep optimistic and confident. Please take my advice into consideration.

As everyone knows,stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it.As the pace of modern life continues to increase,we are always feeling on the go from morning till night.And it is hard to slow down.It seems to us that everyone around us is aggressive.Therefore,whatever one does,he feels under stress all the time.It is clear that stress has much to do with the life in a competitive society.
Different people,however,think of stress quite differently.Some believe that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be.They are of the opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and to give purpose to life.Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline and hence endangers his health.According to them,relaxation,the opposite of stress,is essential for a healthy mind and body.
Personally,I’m in favor of the former view.I think it is impossible to avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues.In my opinion,it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor performance and ill health.
