　　5.2车辆验收：

　　1）合同车辆到达需方所在地后，在供、需双方技术**共同参加下进行验收，供方须将上述车辆的《车辆合格证》等文件的原件交付给需方。

　　2）验收按本合同第四条进行。双方验收时,如发现所交付的车辆有配件、工具和资料缺失、车辆损坏、性能达不到国家标准、外观不符合需方要求或其他不符合本合同规定之情形时，需方应作出详尽的现场记录且供方签署确认，或由供、需双方签署备忘录。此现场记录或备忘录可用作补充、缺失和更换损失部件的有效证据，由此产生的所有费用均由供方承担。

　　3）如果合同车辆在供方送车过程中因事故或其他原因造成配件、工具和资料等缺失、车辆损坏，供方应及时安排更换，以保证合同车辆的完整。更换所涉及的费用由供方承担。
