　　**来，由于经济的快速发展和人们生活方式的改变，脑卒中，心脏意外等心血管疾病导致的**已占全球人口**原因的30%，其中62%的卒中病例和49%的心肌梗死病例都是由高血压引起。我国的高血压现状同样不容乐观，据20XX年*全国居民营养与健康状况**资料显示，我国**高血压患病率为18.8%，全国有高血压患者约1.6亿。我国高血压的特点是“三高三低”，患病率高、增长趋势高，危害性高，同时知晓率低、治疗率低、**率低。

　　别的不说就我自己的外婆和舅舅就是高血压患者。对于我所生活的小县城，我想大家对高血压病都有一个比较明显的弊病，就是不重视，那我自己的舅舅来说好了，他告诉我他每次血压一升高，头就会晕，呼吸有点不舒服，他就知道血压升高了，然后就吃降压药降血压，然后一旦血压降下来就不再吃药。就跟吃感冒药似的。

　　所以我这次从身边的高危人群开始，为他们测量血压，告诉他们血压的相关知识，高血压患者的饮食，生活的注意事项，提高医从性，遵医嘱用药，重视血压的变化。

　　作为一个志愿者，同时也作为一名*预备*员，在助人的同时，也是自助。在使其他生命活出色彩的同时，志愿者也可以从中得到思想上的升华，学会与人沟通，学会关爱他人，也更深刻地领会到生命的意义。而且，支援者的活动，也为我提供了一个接触社会的机会，提供了一个锻炼自己的机会。同时也让我更深刻的理解为人民服务的精髓。

　　1月24号我们全体志愿者在乡*参加团**、志愿者**提供活动的相关培训，同时就志愿者服务工作对团**、志愿者**提出建议和意见，会议上提出了：

　　(1)履行志愿者服务的承诺;

　　(2)不得以志愿者身份从事任何以赢利为目的或者违背社会公德的活动;

　　(3)自愿者要维护团**、志愿者**和志愿者的形象;

　　从会上我得知了：志愿者服务是通过自愿且不图物质报酬的方式参与社会生活，促进社会进步，推动人类发展的社会事业，志愿精神的核心是服务、团结的理想和共同使这个世界变得更加美好的信念，从事社会公益与社会服务事业，为改进社会和推动社会进步而提供服务，具有志愿性、无偿性、公益性、**性的特征。

　　会议结束后，当天下午，我们团53个成员随着乡***的带领下，各自不一的拿着扫把，铁铲在街上进行大扫除，为乡里做着有意义的事，看着我们之间的团结合作的精神，我感到欣慰，看到了团队的努力成果，我们好高兴!

　　次日我们分好组，进行了采访任务，我被分到了第十七组，主要任务是采访乡镇邮政储蓄银行行长，可是就我们乡镇比较贫穷，唯一有的是农村信用社，所以在这种情况之下，团长就另外安排我跟其他组进行合作去采访，1月26，我们按正常来到乡*，今天的主要任务是配合*工作人员挂灯笼，挂彩旗迎新春，一切工作都是那么顺心。同时还有任务是未能完成采访的，继续在这几天进行采访。

　　到了1月30号，乡里举办了文艺演出和**宣讲活动，白天我们在跟工作人员布置舞台现场，到了晚上七点，我们准时参加了晚会的演出!

　　2月4号，乡举办春节篮球赛开始了，我们也以志愿者作为期中的一队，没参加的球员，有任务就是配合*工作，充当计时员、记分员，为球赛的圆满举办努力工作，经过3天的时间，篮球赛圆满的举办了!我们队以一赢一输的战绩无缘前三，很遗憾。但是我们却玩得开心，也履行了我们的义务。

　　此次活动中，我觉得还有一些令人不足：因为是第一届，我们对流程不是很熟悉，导致做起事情来没有流畅，对一些简单的事情搞得很复杂，缺少的是对整体的规划和部署，没有计划性的安排，通知事情没有时间表，导致很多通知都是临时性的。一些志愿者目的不明确，没有真正的把志愿者那种奉献表现出来，没有志愿者需要的忍耐和无私奉献，给工作带来一定的不便，阻碍工作的进程。同时志愿者的劳动力严重缺乏，特别是球赛期间，知道是春节期间，每个人都忙，所以在工作中很多志愿者没有到场工作。这是我从活动中觉察到的。

　　在此次的活动中，我体会到了：志愿者不仅在于助人，还能学到许多东西，因为接触到各种人，各种事，关键我们**了当代大学生的形象。人生的意义不在于索取，而在于奉献。挺身而出，融会和渗透在人们的工作和生活中，深入基层，认识国情，了解社会，开阔视野，在实践中受教育，作贡献，尽自己微薄之力帮助更多需要帮助的人，是一件非常有意义的事，能够参加此次寒假志愿者活动，我感到非常高兴，同时能够为家乡服务感到很光荣。
