　　11月3日上午，我们灵源街道英语教研组到华林小学参加了“寻找好课堂教学研讨活动”，活动前我们听取了由王淑宝老师执教三年级上册的Module 4 Unit 1的《It's red》。王老师自然大方的教学风度以及孩子们的'课堂表现深深地折服了我，使我感受到自身的不足，也让我从中受益匪浅。

　　课前，王老师先用一首歌曲进行热身活动，激发起学生的学习兴趣。紧接着用学过的句型玩一个快速反应的游戏，注重培养孩子的倾听能力以及反应能力。接着王老师引出变色龙，用变色龙激发学生的学习兴趣，紧扣本课的主题。然后带着问题去听对话一遍。第二遍时，边听边圈出表示颜色的单词，训练学生的听音以及辨别能力。再接着王老师用各种方式教授颜色的新单词，比如男女生读，分组读，大小声读等形式来操练单词，操练特别到位。在教授过程中还结合脑筋急转弯以及变魔术来吸引学生的注意力，提起学生的兴趣。再接着让学生再次听对话并且跟读对话。如果在跟读对话时，能够指导学生模仿语音语调会更好的。这之后，王老师教了一个chant，让学生拍手表演chan，节奏感特别强，朗朗上口，孩子们的积极性都很高。最后，让学生用所学的句型找出教室里的颜色，通过练习帮助孩子们巩固新知。整节课环节严密，教学目标完成得较好，教学重难点把握得当，是一节挺不错的课。

　　最让我难忘的是，王老师对课堂的驾驭能力可以说是收放自如，教态也特别亲切自然。这是作为一名青年教师，特别是新教师所缺乏的，这使我不禁佩服起她来，想到自己的课堂，何时才能做到收放自如了？

　　通过听课，使我开阔了眼界，同时也看到了自己的不足，也更加明确了自己今后努力的方向。
