　　首先，很荣幸能够参加研究生支教团的面试，对于我这样一个一直抱着支教愿望，想要投身西部的女生来说，这个突然到来的机会让我又惊又喜。下面，请允许我向各位老师介绍一下自己。

　　我叫XX，来自XX学院XX班。92年出生于江苏省泰兴市，爸爸是机械工程师，妈妈是一名普通的工人。我的父母虽然**不高，但却很重视对我的教育，他们用最为*实的语言教会了我做人的道理和将会伴随我一生的良好习惯。我自认为性格乐观，处事认真，态度端正，把每一件事做到最好是我对自己的要求。我的特长是唱歌，字也写得不错，上学期间就经常帮老师板书出黑板报。开朗的性格让我从小就有着良好的人际关系，和更多朋友的接触也让我有了较为广泛的兴趣爱好。象棋、军旗都略懂皮毛，没事的时候，我喜欢听音乐、看电影，我很喜欢唱歌，对各种乐器也抱有极大兴趣，大一的时候有参加过经管院的十佳歌手大赛。而我喜欢看的书大多是励志型书籍，最喜欢的一本小说是《*凡的世界》，它带给我的最大收获是：做一个*凡却不*庸的人，在*凡的生活里努力，让人生充实而不遗憾！对，支教就是这样*凡却又不*凡的小事。人的一生何其短暂，在短暂的人生之中，一年的支教经历将会由于她特殊的社会意义以及饱含的深刻情感而显得格外厚重充实！所以，我来了！我为什么会选择支教呢？第一个原因，是因为爱，爱小孩儿，爱教育事业。我很喜欢小朋友，似乎小朋友们也挺喜欢我的。而我小时候就希望能够做一名传道授业解惑的老师，在讲台上演绎青春的风采。借用徐本禹的一句话：我愿意做一滴水，我知道我很微小，但是当爱的阳光照射到我身上的时候，我愿意毫无保留地反射给别人。

　　第二个原因，还是爱，是志愿者的爱。大学期间，我就经常参加一些志愿者活动，深刻感受到志愿者的精神和爱心，“尽己所能，不计报酬，帮助他人，服务社会”，这是每一个志愿者都熟记于心的誓词。而现在，我希望自己能把这样的爱心亲自带到西部，这个最需要温暖浇溉的土地！

　　第三个原因，是责任。每一次的抢险救灾行动和感人的光辉事迹培养了我强烈的责任感和使命感。虽然我现在还不是一名合格的***员，但是我一直以一名*员的身份严格要求自己。而支援西部的文化教育事业，服务祖国最贫困的地方更是我们的责任和义务。祖国培养了我们这么多年，现在是我们回报的时候了。研究生支教团刚好给我们提供了一个良好的契机，我想要抓住这次机会为祖国的繁荣昌盛尽一份微薄的力量。

　　而综合考虑我自身的素质，对于支教工作我自信满满。

　　首先，吃苦耐劳的意志品质是奔赴西部参加支教工作的先决条件。父母和朋友们都很**我的决定，我从小就不怕苦。而从小保持的良好习惯和坚定的信念，加上三年学生工作的历练，让我丝毫不担心支教生活的艰苦和即将面对的任何困难。

　　其次，我一直都不敢放松对知识的`追求。我现在*均绩点3.65，专业18名，连续两年综测都是A。顺利通过英语四六级考试，获得普通话水*测试二级甲等证书和江苏省计算机二级合格证书。多次参加校级院级比赛，曾获得校科技节创业计划大赛二等奖，金融学院“创业之星”模拟运营赛优秀奖。所以优秀的学习成绩和充足的知识也可以作为支教期间的强力保证。

　　再次，我曾在XX学院担任初级*建班副班长，任期一年并被评为优秀学生**、优秀共青团**。积累了丰富的学生工作经验，培养具备了较强的**能力、社会实践能力和团队合作能力。我也多次参加各种志愿活动，比如给小学生普及“地球熄灯一小时”的知识，告诉他们要节能环保；在南京养老院和老人们聊天，陪他们散步；主动献血等等。拥有一个志愿者需要具备的基本素质。

　　最后，最为重要的是我有一颗积极进取，热情澎湃的心，就像我说的我去支教的原因，是因为爱和责任。爱是最执着最顽强的感情，坚定的**立场和强烈的社会责任感都让我不会轻言放弃。

　　如果说不足，那就是我从未真正接触过教育事业，可能缺乏必要的工作经验。不过我一定会在去西部支教前做充足的准备工作，认真接受培训，尽力弥补自己的不足，努力达到一名西部支教志愿者的综合要求。
