　　有时候，我会感到寂寞、孤单、唉！连个说话的人都没有。于是我会听听音乐，看看电视，吃支雪糕，这样不仅能解热，还能将寂寞抛向九霄云外，真是个好办法。有时我会看看课外书，和里面的名人“交谈”使我增加了不少知识。不过也会出去玩玩的、，放松放松，但是可不能玩太久，是怕老妈回来发现了又要挨骂！

　　时间如流水，假期生活就要结束了。这个暑假，我过的非常充实，虽然独自在家，但我却增加了不少生活常识，锻炼了自己的胆量。我天天都过得很愉快。我觉得我长大了。

　　这个暑假快要结束了，总的来说，我过得很快乐，因为在假期里我参加了许多有益的活动。

　　首先，我跟着学校的小**们一起参观了益力多工厂。厂房不但宽敞，而且很卫生，工人都要穿上经过消毒的工作服才能进入车间。工厂里面有培养室、检验室、灌装室……益力多的原产地是**。一个叫代田的博士发现了这种叫“益力多”的菌，所以这种活性乳酸饮品的名字就叫“益力多”。 这种菌可以帮助消化，因此我很喜欢喝益力多。

　　7月2日，我跟妈妈和学校的老师一起去清远的新银盏温泉玩。

　　温泉景区内山峦起伏，树木葱茏，空气清 新，山水相拥，景色秀丽，是一个难得的“天然氧吧”。泉水内含有多种有益人体健康的微量元素，易被皮肤吸收，对高血压、心肌炎、皮肤病等多种疾病具有特殊疗效。

　　我先去男更衣室换衣服，然后就和毛毛、李泽颖去了高温池浸泡。那泉水高达43摄氏度，泡在水里，全身都暖洋洋的，感觉很舒服，一身的疲劳都被冲洗掉了。接着我们又去了石板温泉、温泉泳池、按摩池、牛奶池……我们边泡温泉，边嬉戏，还可以喝上各种饮料，真休闲。这是我第一次泡温泉，我觉得很好玩。 7月4日，学校**了一二年级的同学到番禺百万葵园游玩。它是目前全国第一家、全部采用进口种子的观赏性向日葵乐园，那里种植了一百万株向日葵。葵花比其他的花都要大得多，叶子也特别厚，花瓣在太阳的照射下，闪闪发光，像金子一般。除了向日葵以外，还有熏衣草、**兰，还有一百多种五彩缤纷的玫瑰。园内还有许多好玩的设施：松鼠乐园、小猪逗趣苑、 螃蟹王国、锦鲤池……这个公园既漂亮，又好玩。

　　7月11日，我跟着三至六年级的部分同学到深圳欢乐谷参加“夏日暖洋洋”夏令营活动。进入欢乐谷门口，就是西班牙广场。首先，老师带着我们去坐儿童跳楼机，然后去卡通城的“南极”探险。我和毛毛坐上一辆雪橇车进入“雪洞”，在探险过程中，只要遇到**猎物的红灯就用枪射击，射中了就会有一个小精灵或小动物出现。我一共打了120分，表示打中了12个猎物。接着，我们又到金矿镇玩金矿漂流。坐在漂流筏里，我们不但受到水炮的**，还受到激流的冲击，真刺激！幸亏，我们穿了雨衣，要不然都成“落汤鸡”了。

　　虽然，那天天气很炎热，但并不影响我们玩耍。因为下午，我们到了玛雅水乐园。同学们在水中尽情地玩耍、打水仗，把酷暑都抛在了脑后。

　　在假期里，让我最难忘的是去从化漂流。8月20日的早上，我们从宾馆坐了十五分钟的车程，就到达瀑 布谷漂流的山顶。我们穿上救生衣，戴上头盔，领了一支船桨就往山下走。沿着台阶我们又走了十五分钟，终于到达了漂流的出发点。这时，我们听到了震耳欲聋的瀑布声，看到瀑布从山顶倾泻而下，水流湍急，溅起了许多浪花。

　　工作人员发给我们许多塑料袋，让我们把随身带的东西都放进袋子里，以免漂流时把东西都弄湿了。我、妈妈、小毅，还有小毅的妈妈坐**一只橡皮艇。工作人员用力一推，橡皮艇就顺流而下。遇到急流时，我特别紧张，双手紧紧抓住把手，身子往后倾。时不时，一个落差把我们的橡皮艇往下一抛，水就灌进来，我们全身都湿透了。每到这时，我妈妈就大声尖叫：“哇！很刺激！”当遇到水流不急的时候，我们轻轻划动船桨，欣赏*的景色。只见古树参天蔽日，千年古藤林间飞舞。更有趣的是，有许多变色龙在石头上看着我们漂流。

　　两公里的路程，好像一会儿就漂完了。上岸的时候，我真想再漂流多一次。

　　除此之外，在假期里，我还到了虎门威远炮台和林则徐销烟纪念馆参观，收获很大。
