本学期我担任了七年级1班和2班的英语教学。作为一名刚刚加入教师行列的年轻教师,我深刻的感受到,自己要积极进取,不断的提高自身素质,多听有经验老师的课,不断反思自己教学中的不足。在新课程的**中和教学中,教师首先必须转变思想观念,提高认识,深刻理解新课程标准的内涵,树立新的课程观。在这一学期的教学中,我认识到以下几个问题:
一、刚学英语的时候,学生对英语这门课程充满好奇,喜欢学习、模仿。但是,我发现自从小学读了几年后,好奇心逐渐减弱。随着学习难度的.增加,学生产生了消极情感,没有兴趣,甚至厌学。
二、教师面对一些整体学生进行教学的态度误区。我对学生学习英语的要求过于严格,开始并没有注意到学生的差异性,没有发现他们接受语言的快慢程度,最终导致有的学生吃得饱,有的学生吃不饱。吃不饱的那部分学生就会产生情绪,上课或讲练习的时候,就会马虎,***不集中。
三、在有些知识点讲解过后,甚至操练了多遍,反反复复强调了,学生仍没有掌握。我就会严厉责怪学生,并因此加强反复训练。于是在的责怪声中,在枯燥的联系中,学生的学习兴趣渐渐消失了,甚至产生畏难情绪,从而自我放弃学习英语。
从以上几个问题中,我体会到:学生学习语言的能力是因人而异的。有差别是正常的,要教好每一个学生,但不能要求每一个学生都一样、一个模式,不能要求学生都按一个模式去发展,而是开发学生不同的潜能,发展学生学英语的各方面能力。教师可根据不同学生之间的差异去因材施教,同时要做好培优补差的工作。
我理解到关键要从激发学生的兴趣入手。教师在英语教学中,让学生做到听、说、读、写并举,眼、耳、口、鼻、脑并用,是激发学生学好英语的关键。学生的学习类型是有差异的,却没有学习兴趣的差异大。学生的喜爱也不一样,有的喜欢听说法,就是一直看着老师,听老师说,很少看书本;有的喜欢阅读法,就是一直盯着书本看,很少看老师或黑板。因此,英语教师必须运用多元化的教学方法,激发每个学生的学习兴趣,能让他们喜欢英语。
除了激发学生的兴趣之外,还要培养学生多听、多练、多参与。课堂教学是由师生共同完成的,课堂教学的过程应是师生共同参与,相互合作,创造性地实现教学目标的新过程。
听是学习英语的第一步。在实践教学中,我发现学生语音、语调不正确,主要是由于听的不够、模仿不当造成的。教师应当训练学生多听英、美人士的发音,正确地模仿。目前各个学校都已设置了语音室,配置了录音机、录像机等现代化教学工具,为教师教、学生学创造了一定的条件与语言场景。但是,这个学期,这些设备使用较少,听力操练的不够多,因此,造成期中考试和两次月考中,听力这一大题失分较多。
读是学习英语的第二步。让学生听了之后要开口读出来是很困难的,学生往往胆子小或怕难为情,不敢在课堂上大声的读出来。因此,要以鼓励为主,鼓励学生胆子大一点,大声读出来,这也是提高英语的办法之一。
我还认为在课堂上借助多**,提供生动直观的形象和视觉效果,刺激学生的感官,让学生带着好奇心走进教师所设计的情境画面中,会收到事半功倍的效果。运用多**辅助情境教学似乎没有“苦”,学生却能很好地掌握对话内容,因此,在条件允许的情况下,以后要多用多**教学和创设情境教学,从各方面提高学生的英语水*。
此外,要对学生进行有效的评价。评价可以使学生认识自我,树立自信,有助于反思及调整自己的学习。对学生回答问题过程中的积极表现和成绩的进步,要给予口头评价、书面评价并鼓励他们大胆的去说。学生考完试后,让学生自我反思,分析自己的成绩和不足,明确今后努力的方向,争取下次不要再犯同样的错误。让学生之间相互评价,找出优缺点,互相促进学习,可以建立互帮互助的学习搭档关系。
总之,对学生进行语言教c学任重道远。我们要在实践中不断探索,以丰富多彩的“形”式来点缀、深化英语知识的“神”采,把孩子们带到一个原汁原味的英语境界中,不断激发其学习兴趣,让课堂充满活力、充满情趣,让学生们学起来有滋有味,轻松自如。

七年级正是打基础的阶段,培养学生良好的听、说、读、写的能力对以后初中英语学习很重要。因此,我觉得自己肩上的任务重大,教学上不敢有一丝的懈怠,认真学习,勤勤恳恳,兢兢业业,深入研究教法,虚心向前辈学习。从各方面严格要求自己,积极向老教师请教,使教学计划及实施有条理,有**,有步骤地开展。
为适应新时期教学工作的要求,结合本校的实际条件和七年级学生学习英语的实际情况,我在教学中的主要环节体现在以下几方面:
英文书写的端正与规范
这是开学阶段必须要抓好的。从新生入学第一次在英语四线格上落笔写英文字母,就要向学生们提出要求:任何一位学生都必须书写端正,否则将会受到惩罚。吓唬之余,在最初阶段还不妨特意抓几位敢“顶风作案”的学生,以惩一儆百;同时对书写端正的任何一个学生都给予鼓励。后来我惊奇的发现,那些中文汉字写的歪歪扭扭的学生,英文却完全可以写的非常端正,俨然一个优秀生的卷面一般,感觉很有成就感。
在后期进行英文写作评分时,依然贯彻字迹端正者得高分,否则从重扣分的原则。经过一段时间的狠抓整治,同学们形成一个端正书写的良好氛围。
课文朗读
英语作为一门语言,让学生在基础学习阶段养成大声朗读,敢于开口是非常必要的。在日常教学中,我最害怕不开口的学生。我认为只要他们开口读、说英语了,那么他们这一生学习英语都将不会存在任何的障碍了。所以在开学最初的几个星期阶段,我特别提醒我的学生们,一定要开口出声且大声的朗读英语。针对个别性格内向、羞于开口的学生,则要将其列为重点关注对象,致力于先张口,再出声,最后大声朗读。
一天之计在于晨,这句名言对于英语学习来说,更是如此。早自**,我想尽办法让学生们去读,以不同的形式,朗读不同的内容,充分挖掘学生们读的潜能,让学生们都能开口说英语。
很多时候我们不得不承认,学生的英语考试成绩是和学生的单词量完全成正比的。新目标英语这套教材的单词量大是众所周知的。为了让学生从识记单词拼写这个繁重的负担中解脱出来,我想我们应该在第一时间向全班学生讲述正确的识记单词拼写的方法,同时帮助其摒弃他们在小学阶段可能业已形成的死记硬背的方法。在教学过程中,我坚决要求学生依据单词发音来识记单词的拼写。所以在单词教学方面,我一般遵循三步走的顺序。1.跟读。让学生先学会读单词,做到看到单词,读音能够脱口而出。2.记住汉语意思。可以由老师报中文解释,学生读出英文单词;在课堂句型操练中,进一步巩固单词的读音和中文意思的联合掌握和运用。3.最后才要求学生开始识记单词的拼写。事实上,此时由于学生对很多单词的过目率非常的高,他们可能已经在不知不觉中掌握了本单元里为数不少的新单词的拼写了。
此外,在新目标英语教材的starters和前几个单元部分,我想最好能坚持每天渗透“直拼法”拼写规则,逐步引导学生养成利用单词读音来识记单词拼写的习惯。

一、激发兴趣
学生要学好英语,兴趣最重要。培养兴趣就成了教学教育的首要工作。开学初,我通过多种方式试着让学生爱上英语,试着引起他们的好奇心。我教授了他们如何巧妙记单词。例如:December如何记住是12月呢?“D”相当于“底”一年都到底了,那当然是12月了;Capacity相当于一个cap能装下一个city可见它的容量之大。再如,我让他们大约了解了中外文化的差别。“龙”在*寓意为王者,**和力量。而***则是撒旦的化身,怪兽的代言词。通过一些课外知识让学生先了解英语,充满对英语的好奇心。
二、融洽的师生关系。
初一的学生大多数是刚刚离开父母,依赖性较强。于是老师还充当了妈**角色,通过学**和生活上的关爱,会让他们感受到老师的重要性。而且初中生比小学生**性强,自尊心也逐渐增强,渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好关系,从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观,正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生,耐心细致地指导学生,沟通和学生的思想感情,使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师,循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性,大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友,生活上,我是他们的父母,关怀备至。
三、抓单词,抓句子。
在教育教学工作方面,初一一学年我都在抓单词,我坚持单词把好关,基础稳扎实的方法。始终坚持狠抓单词,把好单词质量关,每天进行英语小测,但数量把握好,通常是8-10个。我认为初一的基础就是让学生会读,会写,能看懂句子,而这一切的前提就是——单词。我要求人人能将每个单词读得准,默写得出,这一点已基本实现,并取得初步成绩。前半学期,学生积极性较高,可时间一久小测效果明显降低。于是,我争取了班**配合,到后半学期,采取了分层次,根据*时分数给每个学生制定了一个小测分数,达到分数的同学则实行德育分的奖励,加强了学生学习单词的积极性。
在一定单词的基础上,要先把句子读熟了。有些同学很不熟悉语法,于是了解句子变的很重要。我主要是抓Grammar Focus的句子并默写。3A的文段要求中层和中上层的背诵默写,中下层的同学则挑出重点句子让其背诵。在句子中逐步熟悉句子结构和语法。从单词中理解句子,并在句子中巩固单词。

五、教学反思
在本学年的教学中,深刻的感受到,在新课程的**中,教学中教师首先必须转变思想观念,提高认识,深刻理解新课程标准的内涵,树立新的课程观。在教学过程中实现以学生为主,教师为辅的教学方式。创设各种情景,鼓励学生大胆地使用英语,运用英语。尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试,保护他们的自尊心和积极性。尽量在课堂中营造良好的学习氛围。当然在这一年的教学生涯中,仍存在许多不足之处,在课堂上我总怕学生吃不饱,不知不觉地讲多了,没有给学生思考的空间,有时太过要求语法而忽略了实际操作。
其次,作业完成得不令人满意,还时有抄袭作业的现象,一错皆错,一对皆对的现象时有发生。另外,两极分化现象仍然严重,有个别学生对英语学习兴趣不大。还有部分学生写作能力上不去,课文、句型虽然会背诵会默写,但实际运用能力差,需要*时注意训练写作能力的培养。今后我将继续做到备书本,备学生,积极加强自身的课程**理论学习,转变教育理念,建立以学生为本的教育观念,树立活动教学观,争取做一名具有现代素养的人民教师!

二、融洽的师生关系。

三、抓单词,抓句子。
在教育教学工作方面,初一一学年我都在抓单词,我坚持单词把好关,基础稳扎实的方法。始终坚持狠抓单词,把好单词质量关,每天进行英语小测,但数量把握好,通常是8-10个。我认为初一的基础就是让学生会读,会写,能看懂句子,而这一切的前提就是——单词。我要求人人能将每个单词读得准,默写得出,这一点已基本实现,并取得初步成绩。前半学期,学生积极性较高,可时间一久小测效果明显降低。于是,我争取了班**配合,到后半学期,采取了分层次,根据*时分数给每个学生制定了一个小测分数,达到分数的同学则实行德育分的奖励,加强了学生学习单词的积极性。
在一定单词的基础上,要先把句子读熟了。有些同学很不熟悉语法,于是了解句子变的很重要。我主要是抓Grammar Focus的句子并默写。3A的文段要求中层和中上层的背诵默写,中下层的同学则挑出重点句子让其背诵。在句子中逐步熟悉句子结构和语法。从单词中理解句子,并在句子中巩固单词。

著名***叶澜说过:“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师写三年教学反思可能成为名师。”这句话非常实在,其用意在教育我们要重视反思。我有幸参加全县小学英语教研会,在我的教学生涯中是一个很重要的生命旅程,我学会了很多,也思考了很多,下面是我对本堂课的教学反思:
一、反思教学资源
本节课所教的是小学四年级《英语》上册 Unit 1 的第二课时。本课一共有ABCDEF六个部分,按教材编排分三个课时完成。AB为一个课时,CD为一个课时,EF为一个课时,这对没有英语语言环境的农村学生来说确实有点难度,我就结合学生的实际情况将教学内容加以整合,依托教材,而又活用教材不做教材的**。本课的A、B部分既要学习四个单词,又要学习21到100的数字,还有一些对话,内容太多。如果同时让学生掌握这些知识学生难以消化,会挫伤他们学习的积极性,因此要打破部分与部分之间的教学内容,我把B部分的知识,调整为第一课时,先学单词和数字,A部分的对话调为第二课时。其余的内容较简单作为第三课时。这样由点到面,由易到难,学生容易接受,事实证明也是如此。
我在教A部分时,没有按照课文编排的句子顺序来教 , 而是针对学生的状况,采用先入为主的方法,先教难点。A部分对话的难点就是句子 The sum of forty-six and fifty-four is one
hundred. 因此,在复习了单词和数字之后,直接切入难点,并采用了大量的活动让学生练习 , 学生很快就突破了这个难点 , 让我得到了意外地惊喜 .
当然课时与课时之间没有严格地界限,在这一课时中我有机地渗透了第三课时的内容,如 : C部分句子Y ou ’ re right. D 部分的句子H ow do you spell? 当学生学习第三课时的时候 , 学生对这些新知就不陌生了 .
二、反思教学目标
我能以总体课程和学生的需要设计教学目标。本节课的知识目标是让学生能懂并能运用句子: Is this sum right? Yes, it ’ s right …等五个句子 , 学生在上完这课后都有在情景中用英语来表达这些句子 , 达到了学以致用的目的 . 能力目标是培养学生的英语口语表达能力,用流利的英语来表达数学中加法算式并能说出这道题的对与错,通过学习学生都能用流利的英语说出自己最喜欢的算式 , 达到了这一目标 . 情感目标是培养学生树立信心,在小组活动中积极参与合作,能主动与他人交流,并克服交流中的困难,使交际顺利进行。本节课学完对话后 , 学生几人一组进行对话表演 , 很好地达到了教学目标。
三、反思教学结构
我能结合教学实践,选择和运用新型的教学模式,使教学达到艺术水*。根据教学过程中学生认识的不同阶段,灵活运用教学模式:热身——复习——呈现——操练——巩固——小结。
第一步是热身活动( Warming up )。热身活动是一种课前营造学习英语的氛围,引发学生学习英语动机的活动,我采用谈话、游戏、唱歌、竞赛等形式首先创造了浓厚的氛围 , 所以学生英语的兴致就很高。第二步就是复习旧知 (Revision) 。由于每周才两节课,有的学生学完后把知识原原本本地都还给了老师,因此我很重视复习这个环节 , 我在复习单词时复习了字母,在复习数字时就复习了前面的词汇。如:我先拿出 pig 这个单词卡片 , 让学生用英语说出来,然后让学生猜有多少只猪 , 给一个数字范围大于55而小于60 , 再拿 apple 这个单词卡片 , 我告诉学生这个数是99的邻居,学生有用英语说是98也有说100的。学生都很有兴致,很快地溶入到我设计好的教学情景中。第三步是呈现新知 (Presentation) 。我创设了恰当的情景,让学生在情景中感知语言并理解了语言。第四步是操练 (Practice) 。充分利用小组合作的练习方式,培养学生的合作与竞争意识,让学生在快乐传真、说说做做、说说猜猜、分角色朗读、小组合作、抢夺红旗等形式对所学知识进行了练习。第五步是巩固知识
( Consolidation) ;我根据所学知识让学生在真实情景或类真实情境中表演课文、改编对话、情境表演等巩固了所学知识 , 达到了活学活用的目的。第六步是评价小结( Sum-up )。我采用师生共同总结的方法结束了本堂课,学生还有一种意犹未尽的感觉。
四、反思教学方法
1、能让英语课成为了学生的一种享受。
教育部颁布的《小学英语课程教学基本要求(试行)》明确指出:开设小学英语的目的是培养学生学习英语的兴趣。语言知识是永远学不完的,但是拥有了学习语言知识的兴趣是一辈子受益无穷的。我所上的这课虽然内容有点枯燥无味,但是我始终将音乐、游戏、竞赛、奖励结合起来,激发学生的兴趣 , 学生们一直饶有兴趣。从他们充满兴奋的脸上我感觉到我成功了。
2、重视教学过程的评价,及时奖励学生。
我认为只有促使学生从一个成功走向另一个成功,学生才能体会到学习的乐趣和成功的喜悦,也只有学***,学生学习英语的兴趣才能长久保持。因此我根据学生的层次为他们创造成功的阶梯目标,这样给他们创造得到奖励的机会。在教学中采用个别奖励和集体奖励相结合,个别的奖励培养他们的成就感,给学生伸一个大拇指 , 一个小饰物米老鼠 , 一个笑脸。集体奖励培养了集体荣誉感,集体奖励时我给每小组三个阶梯:复习、难点、重点。哪组在这个环节能胜就可以在这个阶梯上插红旗,最后小结时学生一起数红旗,哪组多就能得一面大红旗,学生都很乐意。
3、能把接受式学习和探究式学习有效**。
两种学习形式是教学中的一个认识与发展的过程。学生运用己学的语言知识,探讨式地提出自己想了解的问题,层层深入 , 达到学以致用的`目的。本节课最令我感到意外地是学生只学过100以内的数字,而我让学生们自己填空() + ()=100,然后用英语练习说出这道算式的时候,有一个学生不知有意还是无意却出了(46) + (55)=101的题,而且用英语说出了“ The sum of forty-six and fifty-five is one hundred one. ”学生们都笑起来,认为这位同学错了。可是我却特别高兴地给她伸了一个大拇指“ You ’ re very clear. ”然后告诉她101的英语表达是 one hundred and one (100 + 1)而不是 one hundred one. 学生们都点点头,使这堂课收到了意外的效果。
4、达到了教法与学法的**,促进了学生的自主发展。
以前的教学中我发现学生们在学生完新知识后,然后跟着录音机读英语对话,而在最后老师引导学生分别扮演对话中的角色进行对话表演时,学生们总是离不开书本,不能用自己的话说出来。因此本堂课我就让学生不看课本只听录音,对话听完后让学生说出你听到了什么,再把学生说的句子板书出来又让学生确认,这样学生不仅听懂了而且还看懂了,最后再让学生自己“找朋友”,仿照录音机里的对话以小组合作学习,编自己想编的对话,学生感受到学习的自*掌握在自己手里,**选择空间扩大了,参与面进一步扩大,都能表演了。但是我发觉有的学生可能是基础较差或是胆小,()磨磨蹭蹭不敢**表演,后来我鼓励胆大的学生把他们拉**来表演了两句,因此在以后教学中一定要重点训练这种学生,多关注这些学生。
不经反省的人生是没有意义的人生,只有经过反思的教学,才是更有效的教学,教学只有更好,没有最优。通过这次送课下乡活动,我感到孩子们渴望学习英语的欲望,觉得自己作为一名英语学科带头人肩上的担子越来越沉重。
