  我社负责人刘骥,在得知客人投诉后于当天晚上亲自去酒店看望和慰问客人,客人所住酒店是**吴裕隆酒店,刘经理确实看到酒店是3星标准,以下是酒店介绍:

  这个酒店确实是三星级酒店,并且当时为了避免客人回汉后投诉酒店,我们跟**路门市杜经理提议让客人务必把所住酒店的大堂和房间都用相机拍下来,这个酒店可以在网上查的到的。关于酒店热水器问题,**四星以下甚至大部分四星酒店都是电热水器需要烧水的,四星酒店有**空调可能室内温度相对高些。关于客人的那种稀烂地方,凭什么按三星、准三星的标准收费啊?连个火车站路边的破招待所都不如!人家好歹还有24小时热水啊!这种说法我们可以做如下解释,24小时热水都可以提供,但是前提是客人需要插电热水器烧水,就包括武汉的大部分酒店也都是电热水器需要提前烧水的。**是祖国的首都,在环境质量和节能节电方面管理较严,酒店无法在客人未到店之前就把热水烧上,这点还希望客人能谅解和接受现实。

  我们行程中没有景泰蓝这个购物店,我们的行程中是珐琅厂,**珐琅厂因是国家旅游局评定的国家级工业旅游示范点,不计入购物店。纯玩团行程比较轻松,我们行程中所含景点也是所有景点的大门票,关于客人的你们的导游说,天坛大门就算天坛,所以带我们进了大门就算游了天坛,可是别的团队,全部买的35元的通票并带着游客进去游览回音壁等景观。而我们放眼所到之处,尽是**老人晨练健身的场景。这让人情何以堪?这种说法还望贵社给予客人解释,这个属于在和客人签合同时需要跟客人说明的,回音壁属于天坛的二道门票,属于客人自愿自理项目,如果客人需要进去参观可以告知我社导游,另买门票进入。

  最后关于客人在此次散拼团旅行中所质疑和感到不满意的问题,我社深表歉意,但是散拼团有一定的弊处,那就是客人**性小,选择范围小。

  20xx年10月24日大众在**沟通会上又明确表示为新速腾后悬架纵臂加装金属衬板是目前最理想的解决方式,并不建议更换悬挂,因为可能带来更多的不确定因素。如果加装金属衬板不能彻底消除安全隐患且又不能更换xxx悬挂,大众又没有其他解决办法有效消除后悬架断裂风险,就应当根据《缺陷汽车产品召回管理条例》第十九条之规定采取退车的方式彻底消除风险。

  1、我于20xx年9月24日在xx市xx国际旅行社支付了现金3220元,并签订了两人长江三峡四日游和武汉一日游的旅游合同,出发时间是20xx年xx月4日,结束时间是20xx年xx月8日。合同上注明了宜昌到武汉是乘坐大巴,武汉一晚住挂三星宾馆,行程结束后送我们到武汉市新华路或汉口火车站。但一路奔波劳累下午两点多到了宜昌,旅行社却没安排好大巴接我们,而且旅行社导游沿途还收了上百位到武汉旅客的车费,于是,一百多人吵闹着等了一个多小时,才等来一部小中巴,又因僧多粥少而争吵打闹半天,上演了一出“打闹胜者有位先坐,败者下车再等再争”的闹剧!!!

  到武汉五环宾馆已是晚上九点多,武汉旅行社又换了一部车把我们送到小天鹅宾馆,这时候已是晚上十点多了,我们又累又饿,也没精力考究小天鹅宾馆是否挂三星宾馆了。第二天我们在武汉游玩,我与旅行社的导游和司机交涉了几次,他们不肯送我们去火车站,还谎话连篇说汉口火车站和武昌火车站都没有火车到广州,让我们去坐武汉火车站坐高铁,又说武汉火车站很远,不肯送我们去。最后我们实在没办法,又人生地不熟的,只好自己租赁车子到武汉火车站乘坐高铁。回来后我才查到,汉口火车站和武昌火车站每天都有很多班火车从武汉到广州,是旅行社的导游和司机不愿送我们到火车站。为此,我们多付了100元租车费,坐高铁又比火车多花了500元。xx国际旅行社违反了合同规定,我要求他们赔偿我们的经济损失。按履行社和我们所签定的团队**旅游合同中第六章违约责任第十六条旅行社的违约责任4、旅行社违反了合同规定,中止对旅游者提供交通服务的,应当负担旅游者在被中止旅游服务期间的交通等必要费用,并向旅游者支付旅游费用总额30%的违约金。所以,xx国际旅行社应赔偿我们交通费损失600元,并支付我们旅游费用总额3220元的30%违约金966元。合计1566元。

  2、我们在签订合同时一再说明我们中一人有***,在旅游景点能享受优惠或者免门票,让他们优惠旅游价格。但旅行社老板及其工作人员胡国宇等都说长江三峡是扶贫线路,任何证件都不享受优惠,他们承诺如果在景点***能打折,导游现场退还现金。我问他们xx国际旅行社有导游在游船上负责我们旅游事宜吗?他们说有。于是我要求他在签订的合同上写明在景点如***能打折导游现场退还现金。但在游长江三峡景点时我了解到***基本都能享受50%优惠,三峡大坝还能免费参观。我要求导游现场退还现金,但导游一再推诿,说xx市xx国际旅行社没交待,这时我才知导游不是xx国际旅行社。

  更可恶的是景点工作人员和导游利用寺庙道观等圣洁的佛教圣地,人为地强迫及变相强迫我们给香油钱,给少了还不行,最少两三百,想随心给一百几十的不让走,还对不愿按他们意愿给的旅游者恶语中伤。这极大地破坏了xx和长江三峡的形象,给我们旅游者留下了非常坏的'印象,经南来北往的旅游者一宣传,以后谁还敢来xx和长江三峡旅游和投资?xx和长江三峡旅游胜地是一道对外的窗口,景点工作人员的言行举止无疑**xx和长江三峡人民的形象和素质。这是贪小利而损坏一座城市的名声啊!!!xx国际旅行社严重违反了合同规定,我要求他们按旅游费用总额3220元的20%向我们支付擅自增加购物次数的违约金644元,并按旅游费用总额3220元的20%向我们支付强迫或者变相强迫旅游者购物的违约金644元。

的xx市旅游局:

  我要投诉xx市xx国际旅行社,其旅行社业务经营许可证编号:L—CQ04013。我要求旅行社支付我们旅游费用总额3220元的xx5%违约金3381元!并赔偿我们交通费损失600元。两项赔偿共3981元。我要求退旅游费的理由有以下三点:

  1、我于20xx年9月24日在xx市xx国际旅行社支付了现金3220元,并签订了两人长江三峡四日游和武汉一日游的旅游合同,出发时间是20xx年xx月4日,结束时间是20xx年xx月8日。合同上注明了宜昌到武汉是乘坐大巴,武汉一晚住挂三星宾馆,行程结束后送我们到武汉市新华路或汉口火车站。但一路奔波劳累下午两点多到了宜昌,旅行社却没安排好大巴接我们,而且旅行社导游沿途还收了上百位到武汉旅客的车费,于是,一百多人吵闹着等了一个多小时,才等来一部小中巴,又因僧多粥少而争吵打闹半天,上演了一出“打闹胜者有位先坐,败者下车再等再争”的闹剧!!!

  到武汉五环宾馆已是晚上九点多,武汉旅行社又换了一部车把我们送到小天鹅宾馆,这时候已是晚上十点多了,我们又累又饿,也没精力考究小天鹅宾馆是否挂三星宾馆了。第二天我们在武汉游玩,我与旅行社的导游和司机交涉了几次,他们不肯送我们去火车站,还谎话连篇说汉口火车站和武昌火车站都没有火车到广州,让我们去坐武汉火车站坐高铁,又说武汉火车站很远,不肯送我们去。最后我们实在没办法,又人生地不熟的,只好自己租赁车子到武汉火车站乘坐高铁。回来后我才查到,汉口火车站和武昌火车站每天都有很多班火车从武汉到广州,是旅行社的导游和司机不愿送我们到火车站。为此,我们多付了100元租车费,坐高铁又比火车多花了500元。xx国际旅行社违反了合同规定,我要求他们赔偿我们的经济损失。按履行社和我们所签定的团队**旅游合同中第六章违约责任第十六条旅行社的违约责任4、旅行社违反了合同规定,中止对旅游者提供交通服务的,应当负担旅游者在被中止旅游服务期间的交通等必要费用,并向旅游者支付旅游费用总额30%的违约金。所以,xx国际旅行社应赔偿我们交通费损失600元,并支付我们旅游费用总额3220元的30%违约金966元。合计1566元。

  2、我们在签订合同时一再说明我们中一人有*,在旅游景点能享受优惠或者免门票,让他们优惠旅游价格。但旅行社老板及其工作人员胡国宇等都说长江三峡是扶贫线路,任何证件都不享受优惠,他们承诺如果在景点*能打折,导游现场退还现金。我问他们xx国际旅行社有导游在游船上负责我们旅游事宜吗?他们说有。于是我要求他在签订的合同上写明在景点如*能打折导游现场退还现金。但在游长江三峡景点时我了解到*基本都能享受50%优惠,三峡大坝还能免费参观。我要求导游现场退还现金,但导游一再推诿,说xx市xx国际旅行社没交待,这时我才知导游不是xx国际旅行社。
