So we should use little water when we need to use it. For example, I do not use too much water when I am washing my face or having a bath… It is important for us to keep the water clean.

The American state of California is in the fourth year of a drought. 　　Darryl Steinberg is the former president of the California Senate. He says cities throughout thestate have to stop fighting each other for water.

　　我这里还有几个节约用水的小窍门，供大家参考——

　　1、一盆干净的水可以先洗脸、洗脚，之后，可以用来冲厕所。

　　2、一盆干净的水可以先洗菜或洗衣服，然后，可以擦地，最后可以用来冲厕所。

　　3、 一盆干净的水可以先淘米，之后，可以用来浇花。（淘完米的水中有一定的营养，可以让花补充营养。）……

　　以上这些小窍门在我家经常使用，效果很好。并且，在我家还实行了“每天节约一升水”的行动，你是不是也可以试一试呢？因为节约用水是我们每个人的职责！

　　所以在此，我向你们提出建议，是你们能够更好的保护河水，使它变回原来的模样。

　　1、可以把下水管道的出口方向转到泥土边，这样的话不但可以让河水减少污染，还可以让泥土更加的肥沃，使树木更加高大，结出的果子可以更加的香甜；

　　2、可以发出通知，警告每一幢楼房的`住户，不准再到河边去洗衣服。这样河水就可以减少发臭。如果有些住户不听劝阻，仍然到河边去洗衣服，那就只能使出“杀手锏”了——罚款。对！就是罚款，根据洗衣服的次数增加、翻倍，刚刚开始，第一次罚款是50元，见到一次，罚一次，如果不想那就乖乖的在家呆着吧；

　　3、在河边的灯上安个**器，观察是哪些人在河边乱扔垃圾，把他们找到，并对他们进行教育，不能让他们继续在河边扔垃圾。让他们也当一个“**器”，也去**别人是否在乱扔垃圾，对他们进行教育。

　　虽然这只是我的建议，但是我希望能够真正实施起来，让每一条河水变回原来的样子，也不止是河水，包括森林、矿产、大气等资源能够不再那么的浪费。

　　所以，我想对广大的居民提几个意见。

　　现在大街变得干干净净，这可都是环保工人的功劳，所以我决定不在随便扔果皮纸屑，不给环保工人添麻烦。现在街道虽然很干净，但楼道里却是垃圾飞舞，气味难闻。墙上被踩**脚印，摁**手印，还有彩色粉笔写的字。乱七八糟，墙角有蜘蛛网，窗户上有一层灰，有时还贴着泡泡糖，非常非常的脏。对付泡泡糖和检垃圾的方便，我设计了一种半圆形头的夹子。半圆形的底边可以把贴在地上的泡泡糖弄掉，整个半圆形检垃圾非常方便。所以我建议你们不光检街道上的垃圾，也顺便看一看楼道里有没有垃圾。这是第一个建议。

　　你们还可以做一张环保小报，然后用彩色打印机多复印几千张，一家发一张，使九三局的每一家里的男女老少都懂得保护环境，那以后可能三四岁的小孩都知道环保。到时候九三局就更漂亮，更可爱。

　　可是，现在水却即将难以供应人类的需求。这是为什么呢？是人们不珍惜水资源，过度浪费水资源，才会导致这样的恶果。很多人好奇，地球上不是有那么多水吗，怎么会没水了呢？其实地球上93%是咸水，淡水只有7%，而能饮用的水，也只有0.8%，全球50亿人，就靠这仅有的水来生活，窘况可想而知。

　　全球浪费水资源的情况非常严重。随着工业的发展，水污染的现象无处不在，多余的工业废水把清澈的小河变成散发着臭气的水沟，使经济的损失越来越大。这只是浪费水资源的一部分，在我们的生活中，浪费水资源的现象也大量存在，随处可见。为了生活的`方便，面池代替了水盆，高楼林立的城市暗中布满冲水厕所，洗车行让汽车光洁如新……伴着威力巨大的喷头，随着哗啦啦的水声，多少珍贵无比的水被无情地冲入肮脏不堪的下水道……
